Should you create and add captions to your recorded material, or should you use a professional? How can your client add captions to an event where no caption pod exists within the event page and the use of an encoder is not feasible?

Professional captioners Jill Rausch, Tanya English and Steve Clark will present this 90-minute webinar. Jill will provide you with an introduction to post-production captioning and the process of adding captions to an event and how to time those captions to match the recording. Tanya English will discuss her software, CaptionTools, and demonstrate how you can quickly and easily create post-production captions. Steve Clark will demo the setup of OBS Studio, a free and open-source software that can be used to add captions to platforms like Facebook Live and Vimeo.
